Flat-rate $6.95 for under the $60 spend minimum amount.
New Zealand - Free trackable Shipping with minimum $100 spend.
Flat-rate $8 for under the $100 spend minimum amount.
USA, Canada & UK - Free trackable Shipping with minimum $250 spend.
Flat-rate $15 for under the $250 spend minimum amount.
WHEN IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED?
Once your order has been placed we ship it as fast as possible, usually within 1 - 2 business days .
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped via standard/regular shipping unless you choose the Express Shipping option. Delivery time is 2 - 7 days within Australia. If you haven't received your order please contact us at email@example.com
DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE TRACKING?
Yes your order does include tracking. You will be sent your tracking details via email.
WHAT IF MY ORDER GOES MISSING?
Check the delivery time above to see if it has passed the usual delivery time. If it hasn't passed the usual delivery time please wait until it has, it could be just around the corner. If it has, please check if someone could have received your order at your address on your behalf, check if you were left a card providing instructions on how to collect your order or check your local post office. If there is still no sign of your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT IF SOME OF MY ITEMS ARE ON PRE-ORDER?
Eco-Vegan will hold your order and ship once all items have arrived and are in-stock. The shipping amount you are charged during checkout is based on a single package. If you wish for your items to ship as they become available then you must place separate orders.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us as long as your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address contact us at: email@example.com
Express orders should arrive within 2-7 business days from dispatch. Eco-Vegan does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty and associated administrative costs you may be liable for when the order arrives. Our shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Eco-Vegan takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.

Conditions for Returns
- Contact us for a return within 60 days of delivery date.
- All items must be returned in clean, unworn, unwashed, unused condition
- All items must be returned with tags attached and hygienic stickers in place
- All items must be returned in original packing
What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased?
If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from www.ecovegan.co simply return it to us within 60 days of purchase and we will gladly offer you a refund, or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods (excluding original shipping charges). If you opt for a refund, this will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase (excluding original shipping charges). It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the Eco-Vegan warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from www.ecovegan.co. If either of these 2 conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure

We will communicate with you via email to help you start the EASY process of your return.
Eco-Vegan will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. You will need to send the original or a copy of your invoice with your order in the event that your product is lost in transit.
Once the parcel has arrived in our warehouse we will inspect and process the refund. We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return our package for your account to be credited.
