Being vegan is about living a lifestyle that does not cause suffering or death to animals, and allowing animals to be free to choose the way they want to live. As we are a 100% vegan boutique, we are free from animal leathers including PU (Polyurethane) Leathers as they are made from plastics which are also bad for our environment.
We are a 100% plastic free store. We use recycled paper materials for our wrapping and ship in 100% compostable shipping bags. If your order comes in a box it will arrive in a compostable box with recycled paper tape with gum adhesive and recycled shredded paper.
The only time you may see some plastic would be the shipping stickers that the postage companies use, which is out of our control after the parcel has been shipped.

We ship to mostly western countries around the world. These countries are Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK & Canada.
It really depends on the country you're ordering from but most of our standard international orders arrive within 8-10 business days and our Australian orders take around 5-7 business days.
We use 100% compostable shipping bags that are made from waste corn starch. For larger orders we use cardboard boxes.
The only occasion that you'll find some plastic would be the shipping label pockets or tape that are used by the shipping company after we've booked the postage, which is out of our control.
Returns and exchanges
You have 60 days after the date of your order arriving to send back the item and get a refund, unless it is a sale item, sale items are final and can not be refunded.
The item must not have been worn or washed and it must be in its original packing same as received. To get a refund, please follow the instructions on our website.
Please send us an email by replying to your order confirmation or emailing us at email@example.com and we'll happily go through the simple process with you.
We will happily arrange an exchange for you if it is the wrong size. We just ask that you please take precautionary measures to avoid this prior to purchasing by checking it's the right size via our size guide. Please, follow the instructions on our website to know how to exchange.
Returns and exchanges are free of charge.
We try to make the ordering process as simple and straightforward for our customers but sometimes you might have a question nobody has asked us before. If it's not here, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can contact us via email@example.com and let us know which correction you wish to make. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we will gladly make the changes. Sadly, if the order has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do at this point.
Unfortunately, we're unable to apply the discount code to your order once it has been placed, however, you can use it on your next order. If you have any problems doing this please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
